WHAT WE TREAT
Care for the injury, and the person behind it.
Every plan starts with a 60-minute assessment, so treatment is built around you, not a template.
Back & neck pain
Chiropractic adjustment and soft-tissue work for stiffness, disc issues and desk posture, plus a routine that fits your day.
Sports injuries
Sprains, tears and overuse injuries, with a return-to-sport plan tested against your actual sport.
Post-surgery rehab
Knee, hip and shoulder rehab that works with your surgeon’s protocol, week by week.
Headaches & jaw
Tension headaches and TMJ pain traced back to the neck, jaw and the habits behind them.
Pre & postnatal
Pelvic health, back pain and a safe return to exercise during and after pregnancy.
Clinical Pilates
Small classes of four, led by a physio, to build strength that holds your recovery in place.
HOW IT WORKS
01
Assessment
A full hour to talk through your history, test how you move, and find the real source of the pain.
02

Hands-on care: adjustment, soft-tissue work or dry needling, whichever your body responds to best.
03
Your plan
A short routine for home and a clear end date. Most people need fewer visits than they expect.

QUESTIONS
Before your first visit.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. If you have a referral from your doctor, bring it along and we’ll work with them.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable you can move in. Shorts are helpful for knee and hip appointments.
Is it covered by insurance?
Most private health plans cover chiropractic and physiotherapy. We can claim on the spot with most providers.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people feel a clear change within three visits. Your plan will say how many we expect, and we stick to it.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, online or by phone.
Online booking takes two minutes. Same-week appointments, early mornings and Saturdays.
